At Xtra Life Sabers, we take pride in offering high-quality, battle-ready Custom sabers that are built to perform. As part of our commitment to fair pricing and premium service, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We understand that issues can happen, which is why every saber comes with a full 1-Year Warranty from the date of delivery.

• Sabers that arrive damaged or defective
• Electronics that stop functioning properly under normal use
• Blades or hilts with manufacturer defects
• Issues caused during regular dueling (light to heavy combat, depending on the saber model)
If you experience any of these issues, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost to you.

4. One of our saber specialists will respond within 2–3 business days to help resolve it
In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective part before sending out a replacement. We’ll cover shipping on replacements for warranty claims within Canada. International claims may require additional processing time.

If you purchase a saber through our upcoming Saber Builder, please note that every custom configuration will be reviewed by a specialist. If any components are incompatible, we’ll notify you before finalizing the build. These orders are also non-refundable, but are still covered by our 1-year warranty.
